Can I have a free demo of your software?

Our software is free to download, install and use. You can create a job and view an electronic proof without making a payment (or even entering your payment details). There is no obligation to proceed. You don't even need to create an account?

If I place my order today, when will the letters be delivered?

Once your order has been approved and paid for, it will normally be despatched same day where ever possible. If it was received before 9am that day then we would expect to despatch same day on a best endeavour basis. However, we will also despatch mailings received later than this on a same day basis where ever possible. Anything not despatched same day will always be despatched next day. Standard Mailgreen delivery is 2 days, but in some extreme circumstances it can take slightly longer as Royal Mail handle "final mile" delivery and Mailgreen cannot control Royal Mail work patterns. You can select First Class as an extra cost option for a potentially faster delivery.

Do I need a powerful PC to use your software?

No. We believe that our software will operate well on the vast majority of PCs. However, for best results Mailgreen recommend a minimum computer specification of dual core 2Ghz CPU and 2GB memory. For improved results a dual or higher core count, 2.5Ghz+ CPU and 4GB+ memory should be considered.

Do I need a Fast Internet service provider (ISP) to use your system?

No. Our system has been tested with ISPs of varying speeds. Upload times will be considerably less with faster ISPs but all the ISPs tested were compatible.

I've lost my password, how can I recover it?

Please visit the Customer Login page and click the link 'Forgotten Password?' You will require access to the email address currently registered to the account. If you no longer have access to this email, please contact us or create a new account (using a different email address).
