Create a Mailgreen Account ....

Browse to the 'Customer Login' page and click 'Register a new Account' link to get started creating your Mailgreen account.

Activate your Mailgreen Account ....

Check your email for an activation email sent from us and activate your account. You won't be able to login until your account is activated.

Download and Install the Mailgreen Software ....

Once your account has been successfully activated login using the details you provided whilst creating your account. Download the Mailgreen software and install it on your computer (you will need adminstrator rights).

Print your document to the Mailgreen printer ....

Open your mailing or document that you want to send and print it to the Mailgreen printer like you would to any other printer.

Customise, Review and Send ....

Customise, review and send your job to us all from within the intuitive job manger interface.

Approve your job for production ....

Finally, login to the customer portal to approve your job for production. It's at this point that you can if required pay for your job or cancel it.

That's it, you're done ....

Really? Yes that's all there is to it. Once your job is approved it's over to us. You can rest assured your job will be mailed promptly and to the highest quality.

Don't forget you can keep track of the status for any job you have submitted via your customer login at any time.
